Life coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals make better decisions, set goals, take action, and create positive and meaningful change in their lives.  Life coaching can address personal, educational, or business concerns. Although the life coaching paradigm is new to many people, it has been used for years in the corporate world to help managers and leaders increase their effectiveness.  And of course, professional athletes hire coaches to help them achieve their maximum potential. Life coaching provides benefits for people who have a desire to make a change in their lives.   

Coaching clients typically want to reach a higher level of performance, learning or satisfaction. Clients work with life coaches because they are stuck at some point in their lives.  They believe that a life coach can offer the support and guidance needed to help them move forward. Coaching activities typically include identifying & clarifying goals and developing and implementing action plans.

Clients typically meet with their life coach once a week. Meetings can take place in person, by telephone or via email.  Meetings are 30 to 60 minutes in duration.
